I'm sorry if you are offended by this, but this story is hilarious. I love Chevy Chase, it is honestly my favorite Maryland suburb of DC, but it's impossible for most working class individuals to live there, and I understand that residents spend an arm and a leg on their million dollar homes, but why vote on a dog park...unanimously... if you didn't want to hear dogs barking in your quiet little town? Did we not process the fact that dog parks would equal more dogs, and therefore more dogs would mean more barking dogs? May I also say that the person who wrote this article did a wonderful job. It's informative and hilarious.
