Study Shows Your Posture Isn't Causing Your Back Pain

Well, who knew! I don't know about you, but I was always told to sit up straight so my back wouldn't hurt, but according to this article your posture doesn't affect your back pain, neither positively nor negatively. The one thing that may affect your back pain is being too sedentary. If you don't move enough, whether that be standing and walking around for a bit, exercising, etc. then you may start to have issues with your back. The article I posted below further explains that the way you sit doesn't affect your back, and that you should sit in whatever mode is comfortable to you, so if that means hunched over, hunch away!
