In celebration of the National Lobster Day (September 25th) and their 10 year anniversary, Luke’s Lobster is whipping up something special in each of their shacks: celebrity chefs from across the country, including José Andres, Matt Hyland, Paul Kahan, Melissa Kelly and more have created their own personal twists on the traditional Maine lobster roll, available for a limited time at Luke’s shacks beginning today through October 31. With these new menu items, $1 from each purchase of a limited-time lobster roll will also benefit a local charity in each city.
In D.C., Luke’s teamed up with Chef José Andrés on a Lobster Roll w/ Pimenton Aioli and Piparra Peppers. Proceeds will be donated to World Central Kitchen which is currently sending aid to the Bahamas after being decimated by Hurricane Dorian.
