This week, the DMV has a chance to pay its respects to a politician who always spoke up for the underdog. U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings was firey, determined and a force to be reckoned with. I don't follow politics too much, but every time I heard Elijah Cummings speak, I always remembered what he said and remembered his message because he seemed to really believe in and care about his cause and the people he represented. There are a few opportunities for supporters of Elijah Cummings to pay their respects this week including at the U.S. Capital where his body will lie in state after a formal memorial in the morning.
