Well, this is interesting. I would never think to pack up the leftovers from Thanksgiving dinner into my carry-on luggage, but it does make sense if you want to bring some of Nana's delicious stuffing home on the plane. TSA says they know everyone leaves extra room in their carry-on over the Thanksgiving holiday in order to bring home some leftovers, so they're being proactive and putting it out there, permission to pack your suitcase full of food! I just hope this doesn't backfire and we don't end up with stinky planes across the nation next weekend! Think about how many carry-on bags would now be full of turkey, and mashed potatoes, and gravy and cranberry sauce and... you get the picture.
