Just in time for cooking baking season, two major manufacturers of flour have issued a voluntary recall of their five pound bags of all-purpose flour for possible e.coli contamination. Most types of e.coli are harmless, but some can cause diarrhea, urinary tract infections, even pneumonia and other health problems. The brands that have recalled their products are Hodgson Mill and United National Foods.
