Emojii License Plates May Become a Thing

It looks like the U.S. may be following suit after Queensland, Australia by adding emojiis to their license plates. As of right now, a new piece of legislation is in front of the Vermont House of Representatives to allow drivers to embellish their license plates with one of six emojiis. Vermont has yet to specify which six will be available to customize one's license plate, but in Queensland drivers can have the laughing, smiling, winking, "love" or sunglasses emoji on their plates. The plates cost about $336 each. How would you feel about adding an emojii to your license plate? I, personally, think it's silly, but if we could tie it to a charity so the extra cost went to help a non-profit organization, then I would be more inclined to understand why we're putting so much time into emojii license plates.
