Just heartbreaking. I scroll through social media to see picture after picture, share after share of these two, a father and daughter who seemed to have had a close and beautiful relationship. I can't help but think of my husband, Justin and my own daughter, Eleanor. The bond between a father and daughter is one of the strongest out there, if cared for and nourished, the way it seems that Kobe Bryant did with his daughter, Gianna. I can't help but think of their terrifying final moments together in that helicopter crash. My heart breaks for them, and for their family. It is obvious in how he spoke of his girls and how he looks at them in all these pictures we see today that he cherished each and every one of them, so much so that a month before their fatal crash, Koby filed to trademark the word "Mambacita" a nod to his own title "The Black Mamba".
