It's that time of year again! Time for your annual flu shot. If you are on the fence about it this year, don't be... experts say this is a crucial year to make sure you're protected against the flu. Not only do we have the flu to worry about this year, but also COVID-19. In addition to keeping yourself and your family safe from the flu, you'll also be helping to keep the strain on busy hospitals responding to COVID-19 cases. Cases of COVID-19 have been rising over the past few months so it's best to be safe and get your flu vaccine sooner rather than later.
