If you have been trying to lose some weight for one reason or another but finding that the scale just won't budge, it could be caused by a number of things including one of the many so called "healthy" foods on this list. A few that stick out for me are fat-free salad dressing, canned soup and bottled juice brands. I've learned a lot about what my body needs to correctly function and a good amount of healthy fats is one of them. A fat free salad dressing is lacking the good fat that comes from olive oil, and replaced by more processed foods and a lot of times, sugar. Be sure to read the labels and do some research on macronutrients, the foods that your body really needs to perform at its peak. If you do it right, the weight loss will follow.
