I love it when we Spring Forward, and that lost hour of sleep never used to bother me until last year. I don't know if I wasn't sleeping well prior to the time change or I'm just getting older and losing any precious sleep seems devastating! This year, I'm prepping for the time change. Based on this article, experts say your body responds to the time change in the same way it responds to jet lag. It doesn't like it! However, there are ways you can prepare for the time change and losing that hour of sleep.
