I would do this in a heartbeat! Siggi's yogurt band is challenging you to lock your smartphone away for 30 days and use only a flip-phone in exchange for $10,000 and a 3-month supply of their yogurt. I am 100% addicted to mindless scrolling on my phone, and while I do use my phone to prepare for my show and to check emails for work, I absolutely waste entirely too much time scrolling mindlessly at night before bed, in the bathroom and while I should be present and enjoying LIFE!
