Healthcare professionals have come up  with a list of things you shouldn't touch in order to protect yourself against the flu...and it pretty much covers most things you come in contact with on a daily basis.

The one you really should avoid is the office water  cooler. Experts say don't put your water bottle right on the nozzle  when you refill it.  Here's the complete list...

  • Airplane food trays and seat pockets.
  • Subway turnstiles and bus ticket machines.
  • Office coffee stations and water coolers.
  • Liquid soap in washrooms. One in four dispenser machines in public restrooms are contaminated with bacteria, including fecal matter. Use regular soap.
  • Aisle seats in planes, trains and theaters
  • Salt and pepper shakers.
  • Exercise equipment at the gym.
