The peak bloom for DC's famous Cherry Blossom Trees is from April 8th through the 12th. You can bet THOUSANDS of people will be flocking to the Tidal Basin for selfies. I know people who want to see the trees, but they never go...because they hate dealing with traffic and crowds. 

Well, there's good news. You don't have to go to the Tidal Basin to see beautiful Cherry Blossom Trees. There are several others spots around the DMV where you can take great pics...or just meditate.
