Bride Turns Wedding Into A Hockey Party!

BRIDE TURNS HER WEDDING INTO A HOCKEY PARTY

Tonight, the Washington Capitals and the Las Vegas Golden Knights will play in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals. If the Capitals win, they will win the championship -- and very few people will be happier than Samantha Laraia, who recently turned her wedding into a hockey party.

When Samantha and her husband, Michael, planned the wedding, they had no idea that Samantha's favorite team -- the Capitals -- were going to be in the playoffs, much less in the finals.

But, that's how the schedule shook out. The two teams played Game 3 on her wedding day, so she made the most of it by wearing a Capitals jersey and putting the game on TV at her wedding.

Even her wedding party wore jerseys on top of their fancy dresses and tuxes.

Whether the Capitals win or lose, Samantha and Michael are going on a honeymoon later this month -- but it will not be a hockey-themed event.
