People Start Stressing Out On Sunday At This Time!


Did you spend last night worrying about returning to work today? You're not alone. 

A global poll conducted by career site found that 76% of people in the U.S report having "really bad" Sunday night bluescompared to only 47% of people in other parts of the world. And it could be because American's are using less vacation days and so have less time to relish in days off.. Psychologist say if you want to overcome the Sunday Scaries you can do the following: 

  • Eat well

  • rethink your routine

  • detox from social media

  • go to sleep 

  • Have a "To Do" list
