With all the talk of rose and CBD beers, you’d think there’d be a pretty clear favorite when it comes to what millennials are drinking. Or at least a clear family of beverages that they’re choosing from. But cocktail culture is taking over, and we’re more and more into the harder stuff. Surprisingly enough, bourbon is at the top of that list.
We’re all about cocktails and mixology as 20 and 30 somethings. Bourbon is a popular form of whiskey that has all of us millennials going crazy. Whiskey sour? Done. Whiskey ginger? Sign us up! And don’t even get us started on all of the specialty drinks we can get at bars featuring a really good bourbon.
Maybe our tastes in alcohol aren’t quite as immature as people peg us for. We get a lot of slack for eating up the rose industry, but no one’s pointing their fingers to the thing we really love – bourbon and whiskey.
