Cauliflower rice tabouleh, tofu scramble with garden veggies, avocado and homemade vegan kimchi, all served in lettuce boats 😋 - This is the kind of food that works best for my health and I find it so satisfying and yummy. I have several auto-immune issues which are usually triggered by simple-carb dense foods like desserts and refined grains. So I am always growing my meal options that have high protein, low carb ratios. The bonus is when I can also incorporate a probiotic (like homemade kimchi) - #vegan #plantbased #macros #veganketo #protein #plantprotein #plantpowered #tabouleh #cauliflowerrice #tofuscramble #fresh

Meatless meals aren’t masculine, at least that’s what a bunch of British blokes think.

According to new research, some men are actually embarrassed to order vegetarian food. Researchers talked with guys in the U.K. about why they feel pressured to choose meat when they’re dining out and it turns out, a lot of it has to do with feeling expected to be the “butchers and barbecuers.”

The research team hopes to use these findings to help food manufacturers learn how men perceive meatless options so they can better market their products to them.
