People Are Rarely Eating Three Meals A Day!

A new survey found that 75 percent of Americans say they no longer eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. So what are we doing? We’re snacking. The research found that more and more of us are opting for "snack meals" and smaller bites throughout the day. In fact, 86 percent of those surveyed said they had replaced a traditional meal with a snack meal. So what are snack meals? According to the survey, these are the Top Snack or Small Meals:

  1. Cheese

  2. Crackers

  3. Fruit

  4. Chips

  5. Nuts

  6. Veggies

  7. Yogurt

  8. Sweets

  9. Pretzels

  10. Frozen Mozzarella Sticks
