Two Questions To Ask When Making Big Decisions!

We’re faced with decisions everyday whether it’s what to eat for breakfast or if you should move across the country. No matter the gravity of the decision, it always seems impossible to make for some of us. If you’re really struggling with the decision making, there are two questions you should consider:

  • Question 1: Do you want to do better?

  • Question 2: Are you willing to feel the discomfort of putting more effort into new things that will feel weird and different knowing they might not work right away?

If the answer to either of these questions is no, you might want to reconsider the decision in the first place. In order to make a serious change, you have to be willing to square up against the complications that come with them.

The reality is simple: trying something new will always come with a little discomfort. So whether it’s your decision to go vegan or packing up and moving to France, know that the decision won’t come without its hurdles, and consider if you want to do better at them.
