Here Is Why You May Have Issues Sleeping Next To Someone!

There’s no more romantic thought than snuggling up with your partner at the end of the day and falling asleep in each other’s arms. But come on – it’s uncomfortable sometimes, and we all know it. It’s not always easy to fall asleep next to someone, and sharing a bed could even throw off your whole vibe. Here are some reasons you might have trouble when someone’s sleeping next to you:

  • Your body temperatures might be different, keeping you from getting comfortable.

  • You could have different circadian rhythms which keep your sleep schedules out of whack.

  • Maybe your brain is used to sleeping alone and doesn’t like the change.

  • If bae tosses and turns a lot, it will disrupt your sleep.

  • New noises will keep you awake without even really noticing it.

  • Their actual electrons could be keeping YOUR atoms going throughout the night.

If you really can’t get to sleep with them next to you, it’s not unheard of to just sleep in separate beds sometimes. Don’t force things if you’re uncomfortable, people! Who wants to toss and turn all night just so they can share a bed with someone?
