Best Cities For An Active Lifestyle!

Now that a lot of people are trying to stick to their resolutions to get healthy in the New Year, gyms are likely more crowded with everyone increasing their exercise. But folks don’t really need a gym to live an active lifestyle, and it seems there are some cities in the U.S. where folks will have an easier time being more active.

WalletHub has just come out with their list of the Best and Worst Cities for an Active Lifestyle looking at the 100 biggest U.S. cities based on 38 key indicators of an active lifestyle, including things like average monthly fitness-club fee, bike score and share of physically inactive adults.

With all that in mind, Honolulu, Hawaii tops the list, with a score of 63.36, coming in at number one for a sports and outdoor rank, although things are a little pricey there since it lands at 47 for budget and participation rank.

On the flipside, Hialeah, Florida is the worst city for an active lifestyle with a score of 23.59, and landing at 97 for sports and outdoor rank, and 99 for budget and participation.
