Subway! Eat Fresh..ish!
A Subway worker in need of a break disgusted customers by putting her bare feet up on the sandwich counter.
A witness, Tara Renee, took a photo of the sandwich maker at the Subway at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and posted it to Facebook on Saturday (January 12th).
The same worker was preparing food when a local news station visited the restaurant on Monday (January 14th).
A Subway spokesman said, ‘The behavior in this photo is inconsistent with the high standards Subway franchise owners follow. ‘Their top priorities include food safety and cleanliness and this is unacceptable. My team is working with the franchise owners.’
