Celebrate Anti-Valentine's Day With These Places!

Being single on Valentines Day sucks for many people. Especially those who might have had a recent break up with that special someone. For those folks, we have the perfect gift idea.

A zoo in El Paso has come up with the, "Quit Bugging Me" Valentine's day event. You can message the zoo on Facebook with your ex's name, then watch on February 14 the roach get devoured by a meerkat. The event will be live-streamed on Facebook and the zoo's website. The names of those exes will also be displayed around the meerkat exhibit and on social media starting February 11. The zoo calls it "the perfect Valentine's Day gift."

Not into roaches? Okay well how about free food for your heartbreak!

Valentine’s Day is all about chocolates, long-stemmed red roses, and an evening by candlelight—in theory. For lots of other people, it more likely involves sitting at home and trying to ignore all the couples posting selfies to Instagram from their favorite wine bar. Not everyone loves Feb. 14. Maybe it’s because you just got out of a relationship, or you just can’t get over your ex. Hooters is trying to make the day a bit more bearable, with a hilarious deal.

Here’s how it works: Visit your local Hooters on Valentine’s Day, destroy a picture of your ex, and you’ll get 10 free boneless wings with the purchase of any 10 wings.

But if you’re not sure how to destroy said picture, Hooters has an online quiz for you. Answer four questions—including “How long since the breakup?”—and they’ll tell you how they suggest you ruin the picture. My personal favorite is “dart it,” but you’ll find the right one for you.
