Men Are More Likely To Buy V-Day Gifts For Their...Pets!

A new survey has found that men are three times more likely to buy Valentine’s Day gifts for their pets than women are.

6 percent of guys who were polled said they are planning to give their dog or cat a present, compared to just two percent of women.

Besides their furry sidekicks, girlfriends, and wives, guys plan to spread the Valentine’s Day love elsewhere, too. Men are twice as likely to buy a gift for their best friend than women are, though, the likelihood of that is low (2 percent compared to 1 percent). Guys also know how to show themselves a little self-love on V-Day, with 8 percent admitting to buying themselves a gift, compared to 5 percent of women.
