This DC Bakery's Valentine Goodies Celebrates Women!

At Buttercream Bakeshop in Washington, D.C., they’re getting ready for Valentine’s Day, but this year they’re thinking outside the heart and celebrating some of our favorite famous women’s voices with tasty treats. Pastry chef and owner

has created a limited-edition goodie called Women Crush Wednesday Bars which feature six well known women and their words.
The bars have quotes from six famous females,
Michelle Obama, Chrissy Teigen, Mindy Kaling, Kristen Bell, Samantha Bee
and
Ruth Bader Ginsburg
, all written on fudge brownies topped with whipped coconut pudding buttercream. Sounds tasty, right? But the quotes from the “confection queens” make them even better.
“Men broke the country and now you need the ladies to come in and make it all better,” Samantha Bee once said and now her words are memorialized on a Women Crush Wednesday Bar. And so are Kaling’s, “‘Why the F**k not me?’ should be your motto.”
