The magazine compiled their list using a variety of employee surveys, with companies making the list getting props for excellence in things like values, trust, innovation, financial growth, leadership effectiveness, and maximizing the full human potential of every employee.
After four appearances on the list, Hilton is at number one for the very first time, getting high marks for “diversity & inclusion and creating a great place to work for all,” with last year’s number one, Salesforce, coming in second.
- The survey also finds that 91% of employees at companies on the list would describe their company as a great place to work, which is well above the 57% national average. What’s more, 84% of employees at these companies say they look forward to coming to work, well above the 42% national average.
