#HOT - Dad Drops 92 Pounds to "Keep Up With Kids"!

When you decide you’re ready to get healthy and get in shape, something has to motivate you to make the change. And for one Montana father of three, it was his kids that inspired him to drop close to 100 pounds after he realized he couldn’t keep up with them anymore.

Jeremiah Peterson was on a hiking trip with his wife and kids, who were nine, seven, and six, at the time. The 40-year-old dad was 290-pounds at the time and during their hike he was constantly gasping for air. He says he was having to take breaks before his little kids did and was running out of breath, so he decided to do something about it.

For the next five months, he worked hard on turning “his flab into abs” and he made it happen. Peterson dropped from a size 42 jeans to 33, thanks to sticking to a strict keto diet and an intense workout plan. He hiked for two hours and spent an hour in the gym … every single day! He also cut out booze to help him reach his goal. Now all his efforts have paid off and he can run the same trail that left him winded without stopping.

“Finding your reasons why is essential if you want to achieve success in life,” Peterson tells his 89,000 Instagram followers. “If you don’t have a strong reason behind your actions, you’re less likely to get the results.”
