“American Mindset: Unstuck & Unstoppable,” is finally available on Amazon.com. Author, Jermaine E. Martin, has spent six years crafting this memoir of his life.
According to Martin, the book is about “being relentless and never allowing your circumstances to define you.” He goes on to state that, “There is always something to be gained from every struggle in life.” In the book, Martin writes, “living in the projects was a privilege as every day provided a free education on survival.”
Now in his 40’s, living in Montgomery County, Maryland, Jermaine E. Martin has beaten the odds, becoming a successful entrepreneur, empowerment leader, husband and father.
Speaking to youth groups about his life growing up in the inner city public housing projects, but always remaining thankful for being born in America has given Martin enormous satisfaction. Martin says, “Talking to young people who are living in rough environments or who are facing daunting circumstances, and letting them know that they CAN make it, that they CAN achieve anything they set their minds to –especially in this country, is beyond rewarding.”
