MYM: Leesburg Man With Autism Pens Heartfelt Letter To Future Employers

"Take a chance on me" is what one young man from Leesburg is saying to future employers on LinkedIn.

Ryan Lowry's handwritten words on paper have now gone viral and have touched millions of people.

Like everyone else, Ryan has hopes and dreams. He's in high school right now but is planning for his future. And fears being autistic will prevent him from landing the job of his dreams. He wants to be an animator or work in IT. His parents say he's gifted in math, music, and technology and has an incredible memory. All the makings of a fantastic employee.

The post has been viewed more than 6 million times with hundreds of job offers! Hopefully, Ryan can find something he loves after school.

We had the chance to talk to Ryan's dad, Rob Lowery about these impactful few weeks. You can hear our conversation with him below!

We share a feel-good story for our segment Make Your Monday every Monday at 7:40!
