The 2022 Winter Games are officially underway, and the big deal tonight is the Opening Ceremony. South Korea is more than a half day ahead of Eastern Time in the United States - and that means you have to stay up late to catch the action live. But there are some events you can watch and not lose sleep over. Here's how to check out the Olympic action and where to watch it.
Olympics Today and Tonight – February 4th
- 6:30am ET: NBCU’s first-ever live morning presentation of a Winter Games Opening Ceremony.
- 9 – 11am: A special edition of the Today show featuring reaction to the Opening Ceremony and athlete interviews.
- 12pm – 3pm: NBCU will review the highlights of the Opening Ceremony and look ahead to the biggest storylines of the Winter Olympics with its first-ever daytime show.
- 8pm – 11pm: An enhanced primetime presentation of the Opening Ceremony with a special focus on the athletes of Team USA in addition to the traditional performances, pageantry, and Parade of Nations
