I love travel. I have a disdain for living in a comfort-zone and this... is living a comfort-zone free life!

Meet Cassie Aran. She's my new YouTube guilty pleasure. Why? Because she's accepted some challenge which has her living in airport terminals for days... and it's pretty enthralling, to me, at least.

I found her channel the other night and found myself curious... how long could someone live in only airport terminals, with limited luggage, having to pack light, from city-to-city and even country to country... I'm fascinated.

As much as I love the van life, this is a part of living I'd have a blast trying to pull off. Could I ditch my modern conveniences and exist in airport terminals? Could I sideline my ADHD and actually pull this sort of a thing off? How tough would it be for me? What's giving her the strength to press on?

On this #MentalHealthAwarenessDay, I find this to be mentally liberating. I'm sure it's anxiety-inducing for some but for me... it seems like bliss. Euphoria. Ditching the day-to-day to live life as it happens... moment by moment.

Now, I'd challenge her to go live at Dulles or BWI and then, fly to Heathrow or Gatwick... or that airport in Ireland I was diverted to after that one time I went to Klinger on DC101's wedding in Italy and spent the night in Newfoundland after that in-flight emergency... only with the hopes she'd not have any in-flight emergencies....

PS: I hear she wants some Hershey's Kisses. I can go to the Hotel Hershey and get some from the source... but where in the world would I send 'em? There's a challenge... fly to Harrisburg, Pa... Uber to Hershey and crash in a cabin. OR... go to Hotel Rock Lititz and hang out where Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake and others prepared their tour and live among the Amish in Lancaster County sometime!

Life life out loud and where it takes you... it's worth it. She proves it.
