Looking for a change of scenery and have a job that offers remote work flexibility? It may be tough to decide on where to move when you could go just about anywhere, but new research reveals that top cities for digital nomads can help. A new analysis from Reviews.org reveals that you may want to consider Atlanta, as it tops their list of the best U.S. cities for digital nomads.

Reviews.org ranked the top 100 metro areas in the country, based on different work and life factors.

  • Atlanta wins for its affordable cost of living, average rent in the Georgia capital is $1,342 per month, according to Census data, solid Wi-Fi infrastructure, great weather and access to more than 115 state recreational areas within driving distance.
  • The research also finds Atlanta has a high share of remote jobs that pay $100-thousand a year or more, as well as a lot of hybrid jobs.
  • Coming in second is Portland, Oregon, where rent is a little higher at an average of $1,406 a month, according to Census data, and there are also many nearby recreational areas to check out.
