Your Heartbeat Could Replace Your Passport Soon

Some scientists in Europe were asked to predict what the travel industry might look like in the future and they came to a fun -- and convenient -- conclusion.

Instead of being identified by your ID or passport when you're at the airport, the researchers believe that there will be technology in place that identifies you ... by your heartbeat.

So instead of having to remember a little book with little pages on it in order to get past security, there will be scanners set up that can detect your unique heartbeat, allowing you to walk on through and speed up the process of getting on your flight on time.

No muss. No fuss. No need to remember your wallet.
