A former sex worker is revealing what she says are the three main reasons why married men cheat. During her years as an escort, Samantha X spent countless hours with men and she learned a lot about the way they think. “I know what they secretly desire and I know what goes on in their minds,” she explains.
Now retired from that life, Samantha says when men step out of their marriage, it’s not always as simple as just looking for sex. “As an escort, I didn’t swing from chandeliers or go to secret dungeon sex clubs (disappointing, I know),” she explains. “The service that was requested most was the girlfriend experience - and that meant listening, supporting and guiding.”
The three biggest reasons husbands are unfaithful, according to Samantha:
- They want to talk about their feelings - She says a lot of men are looking for companionship and want to open up about their feelings, but they’re afraid to do it at home because they’re supposed to be “the strong one,” not vulnerable. Clients have told Samantha that they “didn’t want to be judged” by their wives, so they confided in her instead.
- They miss foreplay - This expert explains that men aren’t just looking for a quick hookup, they “secretly want to spend hours in bed with you but say they got sick of being rejected” by their partners. Married men told her they missed long sessions in bed and didn’t always want sex to be over before their partner could say “pass me the remote, my show is on.”
- They’re aware of their wife cheating - Samantha had clients tell her they were only being unfaithful after they found out their wife had an affair with her personal trainer or their wife was off with another man. These guys didn’t want to end their marriage, but they saw the infidelity as a green light to do what they wanted. She says, "Men are like puppies that chew your shoes, they just can't help themselves."
