Creating an outdoor living space that is functional and stylish can be challenging, particularly when there are children in the mix. Few understand this challenge better than noted interior designer, and father of two, Nate Berkus.
Great Wolf Lodge and Nate recently collaborated to enhance the design of some of the outdoor living spaces at its Pocono Mountains resort. Drawing from nature, Berkus created a beautifully appointed, multipurpose outdoor patio space for the resort’s new, three-bedroom Woodland Villas. His design gives families an elegant setting to gather and spend time together while incorporating important functionality for families infused with plenty of playfulness. To further enhance the resort’s outdoor offerings, Berkus also created family-friendly poolside cabanas drawing on his own family travel experiences.
