Online shopping is easy and convenient, right up until you need to return something you bought on a website. Amazon is making the process easier by adding a new option for making returns to them. The tech company is teaming up with Staples to allow customers to drop off returns in their stores.
By the end of July, Amazon shoppers will be able to bring items they want to return to one of the more than 8-thousand Staples locations across the country. And they won’t even need to include a box or a label. To make the return, they’ll visit Amazon’s Return Center to generate a QR code that they’ll show when they drop off the returned item.
Along with Staples, Amazon returns can also be made at Kohl’s stores, Whole Foods, UPS Stores, and physical Amazon stores.
