A 10-year-old boy from Bowie, Maryland named Keivonn Montreal Woodard has made Emmy history by being nominated for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for his role in the HBO series "The Last of Us."
Woodard is the youngest-ever nominee in this category and the second-youngest Emmy nominee of all time. Despite his young age, Woodard is also an active member of the Bowie Hockey Club Under-10 team and has been playing hockey since he was 4 years old. He played the character of Sam, a survivor in an apocalyptic setting, on the show. Other nominees in the same category include Murray Bartlett as Frank, Lamar Johnson as Henry Burrell, and Nick Offerman as Bill. The complete list of Emmy nominations can be found elsewhere.
