Glassdoor is introducing dedicated communities for conversation on its platform, providing employers with a new way to connect with job seekers and employees. These digital spaces allow employers to listen in and learn about their employees' feelings in real-time. The private Company Bowl™ feature enables current employees to engage in anonymous conversations with each other and the employer. This allows employers to gain insights without having to wait for traditional employee surveys. The CEO of Glassdoor, Christian Sutherland-Wong, has shared a preview of how this new feature will help in building a more engaged workforce and encourages employers to join the conversation.
