United Airlines is testing out self-serve snack bars on some of its flights, allowing passengers to help themselves to free snacks and water. The new feature will be available on the airline's newest aircraft, the Airbus A321neo.
The 'Grab-N-Go' self-serve stations will offer items like fruit bars, chocolate quinoa crisps, and snack mix on flights longer than 801 miles. The introduction of these kiosks, which will open after the initial round of service by the crew, aims to enhance customer experience and differentiate United Airlines from their competition
