This is a shocking idea. A biotech company specializing in age-defying products has created leggings that shock you while you exercise. Braun Bio calls their exercise clothes “health-enhancing apparel” which uses their patented WE-Stim (Wearing Electrical Stimulation) technology.
So, how does this help you when you’re exercising? Humans produce “subtle electric fields,” and the We-Stim leggings have conductive materials that use the energy produced during physical activity. Bodily movement during workouts then translates to electrical stimulation, which reportedly boosts performance, rejuvenates muscles, aids in recovery, and reduces fatigue.
