According to reports, a group called the WHITE COAT WASTE PROJECT, found the NIH dropped $2 million USH into these experiments which weren't hidden, however, were made public via freedom of information act requests. The reporting also showed six-month-old beagle pups were given jackets which "injected" them with coke repeatedly for months. When the experiments were done, the dogs were either euthanized or RECYCLED into other investigations.
I personally don't know how I feel about this. I understand science is what it is - but beagle puppies?
