Who pays for a work uniform? The employee? The employer?
This TIKTOCKER, named @Kenzjee, took to the social media video app to vent about having to pay for her work uniform. An employee at HOOTERS FAMILY RESTAURANT, the place for SMILES, it seems they make their cast members pay for their own uniforms which are unique in design and in functionality.
It does bring up a good question - who should have to pay for work uniforms? Those who work at the HOOTERS FAMILY RESTAURANT or the employee? Is it a cost of doing business?
What I can't believe is the tights for these uniforms are sold out of a machine in the restrooms at HOOTERS. The employees, I guess, have their own place to change and refresh and in said facility, you can buy these tights and such!
Crazy. And I thought they had just great wings and buffalo shrimp at the Hooters Family Restaurant!
