In unexpected, and STUNNING move just after 3P EAST this afternoon, the UNITED STATES SENATE voted to KILL DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME... which could ultimately bring an end to this back-and-forth of time changing in parts of the USA once and for all!
Several states - including Hawaii and Arizona - have dumped the annoying Spring and Fall time change dance. Now, if the US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES and the PRESIDENT agree - the idea of back-and-forth time changes could be done... forever!
Twitter is erupting with JOY over this news right now...
BUT... does this mean the HOUSE and POTUS will go along with this?
Will someone shoot it down?
GOD I HOPE NOT because it's a HOT MESS!
However, in these troubled times... we can fix this and find some CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN!
