#WATCHLIST: Here's what I'd consider watching tonight and this weekend!

Ah the WATCHLIST for Friday... if you are staying in, here's what to consider watching as you get into your evening!

TV and CABLE:

SERIES PREMIERE: COME DANCE WITH ME (8p ET, CBS) – New. This new reality competition series follows teams made up of family members who dance with their talented kids. Each week, the kids will share the stage with their mom, dad, grandparent or other hero to learn and perform challenging routines. Created and executive produced by NCIS: Los Angeles stars Chris O’Donnell and LL Cool J, the show is hosted by songwriter Philip Lawrence with judges Jenna Dewan, pro celebrity dancer Dexter Mayfield and hip hop choreographer Tricia Miranda.

SHARK TANK (8p ET, ABC) – New. Products include one designed to keep your cat stimulated, and an inclusive product line providing aid to minor injuries.

WWE FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN (8p ET, FOX) – New.

SWIMMING WITH SHARKS (Roku) – This TV remake of a 1994 film about the dark side of the movie business stars Diane Kruger as a ruthless studio executive trying to secure her spot as CEO, while Kiernan Shipka plays a mysterious young intern who works her way into the inner circle.

SATURDAY

SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE (11:30p ET, NBC) – New. Lizzo pulls double duty as host and musical guest.

SUNDAY

AMERICAN IDOL (8p ET, ABC) – New. In this 3 hour edition, last week’s votes are in and the top 20 will be revealed. Then, the remaining contestants will perform and viewers will vote to determine who will make it to the next round.

THE EQUALIZER (8p ET, CBS) – New. McCall is forced to ask her ex-husband (guest star Stephen Bishop) to help with a gunshot victim.

THE FIRST LADY (9p ET, Showtime) – This new drama series layers the stories of three of the first ladies of the United States: Michelle Obama, Betty Ford and Eleanor Roosevelt. It contrasts their experiences navigating the White House during different eras, but contending with many of the same expectations. Viola Davis stars as Michelle Obama), Michelle Pfeiffer as Betty Ford and Gillian Anderson as Eleanor Roosevelt.
