A TIKTOK user, Dana Jernigan, shared some video of a delivery driver - not delivering smiles - oh no, the driver was intentionally, according to Jernigan, throwing delivery packages at a DOG!

Jernigan says she reported the incident to the popular delivery company... who gave her a very PRIME $10 credit for her trauma.
