This one time I was insecure and embarrassed about my nose - and my bad side - being on camera during a live video broadcast I was on... do you have a bad side? Have you ever felt this anxiety and insecurity because of 'the bad side??'
I bring this up because today, I read your face's left side is more "attractive" than the right side... and according to research, the LEFT side of the human face is more appealing to others than the right side.
HOOEY, I say. I'm calling BOLLOCKS.
I was on camera for two hours, live, yesterday and during the setup - the pre-broadcast - I looked at my left side of my face on camera and literally cringed and made a comment about needing a nose job, to which one of our colleagues asked, "did you just say you need a nosejob?"
Yes. I think I do. I can't stand the way my nose looks from the left. I can't. I can't explain why but this makes me so... I don't know... wound up that at times I'll turn off a camera or video stream to avoid seeing it.
Have you ever felt this way? Do you have one side which is better than the other? What is it? Why? And WHY DO I FEEL THIS WAY.
Anyway, Denilo, one of the members of our team on this project, sent me the picture above. I know you can't see all of my nose but... even sharing this is making me - internally - feel some sorta way...
Thoughts? Am I crazy??
Thanks for reading...
