A new survey says American workers aren’t enjoying as many Summer perks as they used to.
- 20% of companies allow their staff to clock out early on Summer Fridays – which is down from 63% in 2012.
- Only 8% of workers get extra time off in the Summer – and nearly a third of those who do receive extra vacation time said that their bosses want them to remain connected while away from the office.
- Even casual dress codes are on the decline. Less than a third of companies surveyed allow a relaxed dress code in Summer. Five years ago, more than half did. (Office Team)
