Drivers in the D.C. area could experience some traffic delays this afternoon as President Joe Biden travels to an event in Maryland. The President is scheduled to attend a campaign reception in Bethesda, and the Secret Service has requested help from agencies in Virginia and Maryland to set up temporary road closures. Traffic on the outer loop of the Beltway was heavily delayed last week by another presidential motorcade. The event in Bethesda is scheduled for 3:40 p.m.
