A California doctor charged in connection with the ketamine-related death of "Friends" actor Matthew Perry has reopened his medical clinic in Calabasas. Doctor Salvador Plasencia, who was arrested and charged last week, reopened the clinic on Monday. But, he is not treating patients there. A sign on the door says Plasencia is a defendant in a pending criminal case and has been charged with felony offenses. He's accused of selling ketamine to Perry, who died at his home in Pacific Palisades last October.
